 Conditions for Return:

For a return to be accepted, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the proof of purchase or receipt.

  • Health and Beauty Products: For health and safety reasons, products that have had their protective seal broken (especially beauty, hair, or health items that cannot be resold) are generally not eligible for return.

 The Return Process:

As we operate on a Dropshipping model, the return process is managed through our suppliers' warehouses.

  1. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address for your item.

  2. Please DO NOT send the product directly to the supplier without our prior confirmation.

  3. Shipping Costs: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

     Refunds:

    Once we or our supplier receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email.

       Defective or Wrong Item:
